What programs should I use to remove a the bg music and how?

Unless you have professional equipment (like they do in studios, and the government), I say "good luck." Also, if you've never tried it before, then I'll tell you now that it's virtually impossible. I have Adobe Audition and I don't think it even comes close to having the proper options to tune out mixed frequencies. Someone asked this question before, I think.

Oh wow. Thanks for linking that vid tut, JF21. I tried it myself and it really does work. The only annoying part is reallinging the tracks to be exact.

But, lost_s0ul, it's virtually almost impossible to remove BGM out of a song if you only have the original audio.
