My grandmother was the one who raised me when I was young.. Since my parents were away in another state, I lived with my grandmother.. I'm her favorite grandchild out of 14 kids.. So I have a very close relationship with her..

Her birthday is coming up soon.. and I don't know what to get her..

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance. smile.gif

but i'll reply anyways smile.gif I think spending the day with her+treating her out to a nice lunch or breakfast, maybe even dinner, would definitely make her happy

she'll cherish those moments since you're her favorite

Do you still live with her/close to her? I would take her out to celebrate or plan a nice family party. I agree with everyone else...something handmade is so special and nice too!

unsure.gif Ahh I didn't know there was a thread on Gifts.. sorrys x_x Y_Y

Well she used to live with my aunt in Las Vegas but when my aunt moved to China, my grandma moved in with her oldest child (my uncle) but she still comes back to my house to stay once in a while.

We're having a family celebration for her birthday this year so uh, yeah..

Thanks for the suggestions and replies guys smile.gif

I think I'm just going to buy her jewelry.. Her birthday is tomorrow sweatingbullets.gif No time to knit something lols

Hehe maybe you can also like...make her a card and draw some stuff on it~ You don't have to be a great artist; my grandma used to really like it. Take lots of pictures at her birthday celebration! You can give her a "late gift" and make like a scrap book~ You're lucky to have your grandma still around. Cherish all the moments!!! smile.gif
