Any model/brand.. preferably at least 2mp and has mp3.

Hopefully have 3g video call connection and is under $400.

Sony K850... the only thing is, is that it's going to cost more than $400.

Can you use the 3g functions with your carrier?

I have cingular/attt.. I have no idea really. Is it called "3g" or "video call" nowadays?

They say it's coming out in september/october.

It's called video calling. I hear video call is supported by the networks in major cities but it's not widespread yet.
