Gif. Images Won't 'animate'

On my old laptop my gif. images was fine. But on this laptop, they wont animate. I wonder whats wrong with it.

Does it show animated in anything? Like IE, firefox, opera, standard picture viewer?

FYI, Vista picture viewer doesnt show animated GIFs

^Oh i see awdark. I tried the default vista image viewer, and it doesn't animate.


Anything i can do to animate those icons. Vista image viewer is still simple and easy to use.
