I was wondering if anyone ever met or heard of someone with the same name as you, whether its in english, chinese, korean etc... I know many people that have the same name as me because it's common...
and so far there's one girl at school that I heard of that has the same first and last name as me
so have anyone met someone with the same name or even last name with them??

In all of my life... I've NEVER met anyone with the same name as mine.
Although I saw a scientist on tv with the same name and in 'Indigo' there's this wall of famous people, there's a person with the same name. And I was like "look, I'm famous 0__o blah"
My name's not very common... So yeaaaahhhh.... But my last name is very common and I've met a few people with the last name.

On Saturday when I was at the doctor's, the nurse came out and called "Anna Chen!"
Then my mom and I rushed up the counter while this little girl and her grandpa did the same.
The nurse was like o_O ANNA CHEN?! and looked at the two files.
Yup. We had the same first/last name.
It felt kinda weird 'cause...yeah I'm not used to sharing first/last names

Hahaha yeah! My name is spelled in the less prevalent way so I don't see a lot of "me's" around But in elementary school when I was in 3rd grade, my first grade teacher came up to me and she told me she had another student with my name, and that she wanted me to meet her. Hahaha...I love my teacher so much, but it was kind of awkward...

and one of my friends now had the same first and last korean name as her friend in 2nd grade

There was a guy with a similar last name but he wasn't in my class. On exam day I accidently signed under his name instead of mine (used to eye balling the first name and signing away).

I know lots of people with the same first name as me, and lots of people with the same last name as me. I only know one person with the same first AND last name as me. The first time I talked to her was.. amusing, lol, just because I knew we shared the exact same name. I'm not sure if she found it as funny. I dunno about us sharing the same exact Chinese name though

there is a girl in a grade above me and grade lower than me who have my same first name. a lot of dogs have my name... i dont know anyone except for family who has the same last name as me unless you count a restaurant chain

There was a girl who had the same first name as me, but it was spelled completely different.

And then I heard of a girl who's name was spelled exactly like mine, but I have no clue if it was pronounced the same.
