Hi, I've recently bought a SVP HDDV 2800 Digital Camcorder. My problem is that my computer which is Windows XP can't recognize this device after I've installed the camera driver, all the programs that came with it and then plug in the camera through the USB port. I've tried un-install and re-install still don't work. I've tried going into my computer in the adding new hardware section and added the camera still don't work. I tried going to their main site to see if they have any other drivers to download for this camera but they don't have it. Can someone please help me?

try installing your camera on a friends computer if it works on their comp then there is sometheing wrong with your comp. Using a different USB cable. Check if your camera's batteries are charged.
