Need:
Chicken
Garlic
Ginger
Tumeric powder
Salt and Sugar to taste.
Blend the garlic and ginger until the turned like puree (a bit on the rougher side tho). I like lots of garlic and ginger. Dont have specific amount tho.. Probably 1 clove for each piece of chicken maybe and about an inch of ginger. Stir the mixture with tumeric powder about a table spoon, salt and sugar (about a table spoon, depends if you want it sweeter then add more) and marinade it. Then fry like usual!
Have a go! its soo good!!

*ITS EASY AND SO GOOOOODXD*
prep time: 15 min
18 servings
ingredients
9 cups CHEX CEREAL (any kind works but i prefer RICE CHEX CEREAL)
1 cup semisweet choco chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter/margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
directions
1. measure and put the CHEX CEREAL in a large bowl and set it aside for later.
2. in a 1-quart microwavable bowl, stir together the choco chips, peanut butter, and butter.
microwave uncovered for 1 min.
stir.
microwave about 30 seconds longer or until the mixture can be stirred smoothly.
stir in the vanilla.
pour the mixture over cereal and stir until well coated(it might be hard at first but if you keep doing it for a while it will soon
be well coated).
*make sure you do not break the CHEX CEREAL while stirring*
pour the coated mixture into a 2-gallon resealable zipoloc (or you can use two 1-gallon zipolocs).
3. add the powdered sugar (not all at once but a little at a time).
*if you used two 1-gallon zipolocs.. be sure to even out the powdered sugar well so both zipolocs arecoated evenly*
seal the zipoloc and shake until well coated (or until you think its well coated enough for you).
spread on wax paper to cool.
store in a airtight container or zipoloc in refridgerator to eat later on.
*I TRIED TO MAKE IT EASY TO READ/UNDERSTAND/AND MAKE.. ENJOY~*

the very first one, we made an easy salad with avocado and shrimp.
shrimp-we just bought a package and took off the skin and VEIN!
put water in a pot and then wait till it boiled. put the shrimp in a couple at a time and the shrimp was done in like 5 minutes (each shrimp takes like 10 seconds).
DICED avocado-we used 2 and that's a LOT (i <3 em)
got cabbage and other lettuces and ripped them, put diced tomatoes (as much as you want)
put lettuce, shrimp, avocado, tomato and other stuff u want in a big bowl and MIX. we added olive oil and squeezed a lemon for the dressing.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound beef top sirloin, thinly sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional) <note: I didn't add this, and it tasted fine>
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large re-sealable plastic bag or a large pan that can hold all the meat, combine beef with garlic, pear, green onions, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, rice wine, sesame seeds, fresh ginger, and ground black pepper. Mix the sauce into the meat together with your hands.
2. Seal or cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours <you can just leave it there overnight too>.
3. Preheat grill pan over high heat. Brush oil <don't have to "brush" it on literally> over grill pan, and add beef. Cook, turning to brown evenly, for 3 to 6 minutes, or until done.
and it turned out well. my friends really liked it ^o^

10 tablespoons (11/4 sticks) unsalted butter
13/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
11/8 cups vanilla sugar (or regular sugar plus1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
11/2 teaspoons water (if using vanilla extract, use only 1/2 teaspoon water)
3 large eggs at room temperature
3/4 cup matzo cake meal (can use regular flour when not celebrating Passover)
3/4 cup pecan pieces
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
2. Melt butter. Add 1 cup chocolate chips, and stir until they are melted. Whisk in sugar and water. Remove from heat and let cool. Test the temperature of the chocolate to make sure it is at room temperature.
3. Whisk in eggs until well blended. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the matzo cake meal (or flour), nuts and remaining 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Blend well and spread in prepared pan. Place in oven and bake 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a moist crumb.
4. Cool completely on wire rack. Loosen sides with a spatula and invert brownies onto a cutting board. Cut into nine pieces.
Cook's note: This brownie recipe, made with regular flour, was a 2002 Indiana State Fair award winner.
>>>I love these brownies. They taste a lot better than the brownie mix, so if you have the time, you should try to bake it from scratch. Although, if you use a flatter plan, bake for less. I used a 15x9 pan and I baked it for the 40 minutes and the outer edges were black. So I suggest you watch the oven carefully

½ teaspoon baking soda
1 Ό cups semisweet chocolate chips

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
3. Sift the flour, salt, and baking soda together, add to the mixture, and blend well, then stir in the chips.

Mocha icing:
Heavy cream
white sugar (powdered would be better, but regular granulated sugar works)
instant coffee
cocoa powder
whip w/mixer!
It's best if you spread some icing over the cake and let it sit for a little while so that it slightly absorbs into the cake
