How Do I Get Rid Of My Big Arms And Broad Shoulders?!

Hi! I'm 5'1 and I weight 140 lbs. Most people thought that i am fat but im not, my vital stat is 36-28-39 haha! I really do have a broad shoulders and a big arm. How do i get rid of my big arm?! It's not proportional right, I really hate it. I cannot wear any sleeveless because i have a big arm. Pls help me. tears.gif
