well i made a typo for be. its not 22 but 2 lol
a matrix is a rectangular array of numbers in which the rows and columns have specific meanings.

i feel lyke a nerd going to solve this over the summer LMAO XD
but anyways a matrix seems just lyke a table to me o-o
and now if i get this wrong, please dont shoot me T____T
i surrender! i surrender! *waves a white flag*

a) bagger / stocker / cashier
$$ per hour= $5.15 / $6.25 / $8.13

c) lance = 183.31
mary = $109.03
ashley = $198.05
jeremy = $159.10

sorry if its wrong.
i got the pay by the order the money was listed x-x
and i also counted the money earned of the under an hours by splitting the $$ per hour in half.
since some of the hours had a remainder of 50 mins, 20 mins, etc.
if i wasn't suppose to do that let me know please and ill correct it again!
again sorry if its wrong! >__<
and sorry if i took too long! and i want to know.. which level of math is this?
is this algebra 2 or something? just wondering o-o

A) A matrix with 3 rows and 1 column.
Row 1 = 5.15
Row 2 = 6.25
Row 3 = 8.13

C) Lance = $177.563
Mary = $108.222
Ashley = $208.121
Jeremy = $158.075
I don't know how far your teacher wants you to round.

Since this is an exercise on matrixes, you're supposed to multiply the matrix with the hours each person worked by the one you make in part A. If you have a graphing calculator, you can use the matrix functions to complete this problem faster than you would by hand. That's what I did.
Tact is for people who aren't witty enough to be sarcastic.
