As title says, Whats your FAVORITE 'Dim-Sum' Dish(es)???


Mine are 烧卖 shāom�i and 腸粉 beef cheong fan (rice noodle rolls)
those are my two favorites but off course I like alot of other stuff!

and i forgot the name but that ball of meat with some parsley or something.. i LOVE it with tabasco!!
and lu bot goh! that white stuff fried with jam

Cherng fun is good! I only like the ones with beef it it, not shrimp.. Ngow cherng.
Dan tat's a must!
Others.. hom sui gok, nai wong bao, cha sui bao.

i like pan fried carrot cake (with chinese ham!) and glutinous rice (the salted egg is YUM).

i also like deep fried yam puffs ( yu kok, i think its called), and stewed chicken feet
