I think that's just the U600 with Chinese support. Make sure it supports your network, maybe test it with your SIM card, and it should work the same. Personally (being Chinese as I am), it's kinda nice to have Chinese support as an option (though I have the phone language set to English). I think my friend got the U600 for $300ish.

From Google, it doesn't look like any major differences. It's just that one supports the Asian region and something like that. Just make sure the GSM frequencies are correct, check the FAQ for more info about that.
