Hey,

I thought I'd post here and maybe someone can help me. For some reason, my computer won't recognize the KRZR. I've installed both MPT and the KRZR driver, but when I plug my phone into the USB to connect to the computer, it keeps saying "Searching for modem" and then after "searching" for it, the computer won't recognize the phone. I tried turning off the phone then back on, plugging in and then unplugging the USB, but nothing works.

I'm sure it's not a problem with the USB because I use it for my camera too and it will load pictures from my camera just fine. So... any suggestions?

Hmm.......strange. I never had a problem when using my RAZR like that. I don't know what else you could do except re-installing everything. Visit this site and someone there should be able to help you.
