I thought UCs will only accept Level 2 math for SAT2s.
I cannot answer your question about business because I don't know much about the business program at Cal.
As for the topics, they have changed this year. Here's the website.

I'm quite sure they accept all of them, as long as you have a minimum of two SAT2s. I live in California, so yeah.
And yes, those topics apply to all UCs?
Are you from outside California?

oh yeah... one more question...(plz excuse my stupidness)
how would the colleges know your senior year AP scores? i heard that u have send it to the colleges... but when? most ppl send their college application at like the end of 1st semester of senior year but the AP test starts at May, which is about the time that we get our reply from college....
i'm confused about that~~~

The senior year AP scores won't be used as a determining factor for colleges, since the exams are always administered in may around the time when replies are mailed out. All you need to do is fill in which school you want the score to be sent to when you take your exams and that college will recieve it.
However, don't fall into the impression that those scores will go unnoticed because colleges will give you some credit for it.
Hope I answered your question.
