I've been trying to put images & ringtones into the phone through my computer, but can't b/c the phone's not connecting

I connected the phone with the usb connector & linked it to my computer(windows 2000) but it's not showing up on my computer. The first time I connected the phone, it showed on my computer, and after I installed the cd that came with the phone package, nothing's happening when it's connected. :/

Trying re-installing the software on the CD, since it contains the drivers for your phone. Sometimes it just stops working for whatever reason.
