Well, my parents are white (i'm adopted)
They made no attempt at getting to know other koreans so I could learn about the culture.
So, I don't act "asian" at all.

All my friends are white...except for another adopted girl.

I live in them most German county of MINNESOTA for god's sake.

I suck at math, extremely good in english, and unlike my middle school days, I no longer get straight A's. I remember back in the day, getting a low A was like failing for me. These days, I'm happy if I pass XD;, although I do decently well in school. Only 1-2 Bs.

-i talk like a white girl.
-----i live in ventura county. and i live in a white town.
-i suck at math.
-i almost failed math throughout HS....but always end up passing at the end.
-----got a C in geo, D in alg 2, C- math analysis/pre calc..
-my best friends at school are white.
-my SAT scores suck.

1. as much as i don't want to, i talk like someone from the OC. it grew on me.
2. i don't speak an asian language, nor do i want to.
3. i don't hang out with asians and i prefer not to. (well, only the ones in my neighborhood)
4. as horrible this is going to sound (because i'm contributing to a stereotype) i can't stand anime.

what do you think are aspects of you that don't conform to asian stereotypes?

as for me:
-my best friends are white and i don't have a preference with hanging out with asians more in general.
-i suck at math once it moves on to the calculus level.
-not smart, hard-working, am a business major, etc.
-i'm not a terrible driver. i'm not great either but i haven't gotten into a real accident or pulled over before.
-can't speak cantonese but can understand it okay
-i wear white people clothes i guess...although i don't know what the hell asians are supposed to wear

that's all that i can think of...maybe i'll get back to this later.

Well you know, not asians suck at driving.
I see a lot of my white friends into reckless car driving too you know.
I wish they stop with those stereotype that asians suck at driving.
If White people came to South Korea, they'll probably be categorize as a bad driver? I don't know.

Anyways, I don't really follow the traditions of Korean people, I mean I'm Korean.
But I don't follow their culture, I don't really like eating rice for breakfast. I like to eat how American people eat.
