okay so all the features on the phone works and whatnot. the problem is that when i receive or make a call, the other line will hear me for approximately 5 seconds. so basically only when i say hello... and that's it! however, i can hear them clearly! the only time they can hear from me is if i press buttons so they hear the beep. wtheck is wrong? and do you think cingular(well AT&T now) can fix it? well i'm planning to go check it out next time i'm at the mall but i just wanna hear from you guys first.

& the thing is, my brother bought the Treo online so there's no warranty or insurance on it. i loveeeee this phone and i wanna use it so i really wanna get it fixed!

Something is probably wrong with the hardware. I don't know for sure since I haven't read a problem like this before with any phone, or don't remember. All I can suggest is visiting this site and ask there if you still have the time before going to the mall: http://www.howardforums.com/ and if nobody knows, then just ask the AT&T people. Sometimes they'll just replace it, but I wouldn't know since I don't know how long you had it and some AT&T store employees are different on how they run the store.
