No. Everyone has passed the Chuunin exam except for Naruto. Only Neji is a Jounin. Sakura even stated herself that shes a Chuunin.

My prediction for the upcoming chapters.

Naruto doesn't complete his training on time due to the Akatsuki finding him. After several Konoha ninja are defeated by Hidan and Kakuzu, Naruto will complete the last stage of his training by successfully manipulating his wind chakra on one (or both) of the Akatsuki members.

no what I meant was that since the chuunin exam, I thought only Shikamaru passed as a chuunin and nobody else. That's why I asked how neji became a jounin, let alone a chuunin. I didn't even know he was a chuunin rank already.

Plus when did the others get to chuunin/jounin level? I thought they were all still genins (as I thought before, I thought only Shikamaru was the only one that passed the chuunin exam from the fire country).

You do have to remember that 2.5 years passed in the manga from the Chūnin exams to the current events taking place. Guessed they passed the exams then. Shikamaru was the only one who passed the Chūnin exam that we all saw/read.

Chūnin exams are held twice every year the other ninjas that were promoted probably passed them, seeing how they had like 5 Chūnin exams during the timeskip.

And as you can see in this second link, Naruto is still noticeably a Genin. I guess it's because he left Konoha for during the timeskip in the series to train with Jiraiya so he didn't have any chances to take part in Chūnin exams.

i read the manga, just that nowhere did it say they were all chuunin/jounin levels unless it is assumed because of the 3 year fast fowarding of naruto life. Or that I missed a word or two while reading the chapters.

i believe you just missed the part where they said he's the only genin left. everyone is chuunin and jounin now.

^^ you probably missed a whole chapter... shikamaru blatantly stated that neji, temari and kankurou are jounins... sakura asked naruto what he was going to do with his current rank since he's the only gennin left (exc. sasuke, who's no longer a konoha shinobi), everyone from the rookie 9 are at least chuunins now... and then naruto asked what of gaara, and the next panel you see gaara and kankurou said, "kazekage-sama, it's time for the meeting" which is the coolest panel ever...

Yes for him being the Sand Kage.

Yes and no for him dying. Spoiler: He comes the 5th Kazekage and protected the Sand Village from an invasion of a Akatsuki member in which he lost the battle and was captured. The Akatsuki then extract the bijuu from him, thus "killing " him. But he was rescued from captive and was revived by Chiyo, a Sand Village elder, who uses a special jutsu to sacrafice her life in order to bring him back. So he died, but then lives again.
