Well 3 years is not a lot of time. Being smarter, more agile and quicker is a important thing in ninja's lives. Naruto lacked in all of those departments and ero-sennin trained him greatly. Just look how much he has improved from being tricked and getting beat all the time to actually get the bells from kakashi. But for all you manga readers. OH HE WILL GET STRONGER! WAY STRONGER!

yah, but that could just be some sort of jutsu related to the 9 tails. We all know what happens when Naruto becomes hot headed and loses control, he becomes the 9 tails....but either way, I guess he does have one
