Also if this is for someone you know who had recently had a heart attack the doctor would have
informed him/her already about what to do and what not to do (including eating habits)
Instead of asking ppl who already has the info just give a doctor a call.. it's that easy.

I don't know why you're asking... but good luck with finding an answer O_o;;; I still think asking a doctor is better though because everyone has a different body.
if u dont want to help, then okay! .. fine! .. but shouldnt it b obvious why im asking? .. u think i ask because i want to feed someone who has heart attack the foods they cant eat? or the opposite! ? .. plus, i never told u to tell me what heart attack people eat.. i ask what they cant/shouldnt eat.. so its obvious ur not trying to help! .. n i find what u sayin very rude!
anyways i will ask the doctor about it!

if you dont have nothing nice or helpful to say, you DONT need to reply. there is no need for your input otherwise you're just POSTING TO POST. the topic starter already know that it's better to ask the doctor rather than the soompi. But, that's not the point of the thread. just let it go and stop it.

Not too much of this, or that.
Eat as less processed foods as possible.
However, there is another HUUUUUUGE part other than food that contributes to heart attacks:
stress.
stress management, anger management, etc. are good tools to prevent heart attacks.
I'm sure you can find A LOT of sites through google about this stuff.

I WAS helping... I wasn't being rude at all. I even wished you luck in finding your answer. You are so incredibly rude that I can hardly believe it.
***I won't be coming back to this thread because I don't like arguements, please don't reply to me. If you want to tell me something, PM me. I'm going to be the bigger person here and end this childish arguement.
Chilled out, dude. i understand your situation. It's only a misunderstanding and it doesn’t make you a bigger person to end this so called “child” argument, when there is obviously a misinterpretation.

Her doctor advised her to watch her diet. Don't eat too much processed foods as that
can lead to a clogged artery and in return a heart attack. Don't eat too much salt as
that can create kidney stones. Things like that.
There are several other family members of mine who are at risk from having a heart
attack or a stroke. All of them had surgery to unblock a clogged artery. All of their
doctors said to watch their cholesterol. Bad cholesterol is what clogs your arteries and
it causes your heart to swell up. My dad has high cholesterol and his doctor always
tells him to reduce it. Such as reduce the intake of meat, increase the intake of vegetables
and fruits.
My uncle became a nutritionist after researching the internet about good foods and bad
foods. He took that information and verified it with the doctor. I don't see any harm in
researching and then verifying it with a doctor. The doctor will tell you if it's right or
wrong.
Hope that helped and good luck!
