During summer, I've been running in the mornings before the sun gets out. If I don't wake up early enough, I use the treadmill. During school days, usually an hour or so after dinner. Around 7:00pm----+ how long do you jog/run and how many times a week?
If it's outside, I run for an hour (30 minutes to the marketplace, and 30 minutes back). On the treadmill, I get lazy and only run for 30 minutes. I usually run everday except for days I have extracurricular activities.----+ when do you see results? after one week? two weeks? a month?
About a week. Well, you can just see the changes in your legs, stomach, and arms gradually every day.Oh and some advice, after you run, you usually get tired and hungry - but eat lightly after running. Some fruits or vegetables. Grapes work for me. :] And remember to
STRETCH before AND after running! And after running, walk around a little bit to calm your heart.
