well all my predictions about the first round of the playoffs were right except for the number of games they took, though i was right about the nets/pacers series. so anyways, here's my predictions for the second round.

east:

detroit vs. cleveland: detroit in 5 games
miami vs. new jersey: new jersey in 6 games

west:
san antonio vs. dallas: spurs in 7 games
phoenix vs. los angeles: los angeles in 6 games

lol like ive said tongue.gif it's up to their attitude. suns have a chance if they believe in themselves, keep their heads up high, keep fighting. and thats wat they did, they didnt lost confidence.

i agree with your prediction, but i would pick dallas over spurs in 7 games because i dont think the spurs are as good as they were in 2005

Nash earned 924 points, including 57 first-place votes, from a panel of 125 sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the United States and Canada. The Canadian superstar beat out Cleveland's LeBron James (688 points) and Dallas' Dirk Nowitzki (544 points) to win the award.

Heh, Kobe wasn't in the Top 3. See, 81 points doesnt guarantee MVP...

IMO, I just wanted to say that for all the people who think basketball is a black man's sport, please get real.

Back-to-back MVP winner is a whiteman, no wait a CANADIAN. Out of the 5 MVP nominees (Bryant, James, Nowitski, Billups, and Nash) two of them are white men.

The highest honors in college NCAA basketball went to two white men: Morrison and that Reddick kid from that one college called Duke.

that's arguable. tim duncan's ankle wasn't 100% for this season, yet they were still able to pull off a franchise record for wins in the regular season.

same here but i'm picking the pistons to win it this time if that's gonna be the matchup.

HAHAHAHHAH the LAKERS LOST! They just got killed. Dang celebrated like crazy. Ya see I knew the lakers were gonna lose. Hell, Chris Tucker had a higher chance of joining the KKK than the Lakers winnin game 7 of that series.

That's not domination, its just over-population. That's like saying Asians dominate the world since they hold more than 3/5ths of the world's population.

^^^ meh, SA didn't dominate. Dallas played a good game but that kick back for the 3 was a mistake. Shoulda gone of the tie.

Over populaton? Still I agree with what he said. The amount of black people playing in the NBA is dominant.

That was a good game today between the Spurs and the Mavericks

my lakers.....so sad. How could they not win! Damn! They didnt even put up a good fight in game 7 too.

I was suprised to hear Kobe was only 4th place for the MVP. very suprised.

Oh yeah I heard Kevin Garret MIGHT be a Laker. What do you guys think about that? I just want the Lakers to improve their inside presence.

Lakers for life! Kobe Forever!

LAKERS!

KG to the Lakers? who the hell do they have that we want?
Odom? and a bunch of scrubs? whatever.

The chances of AI coming to Minnesota is greater then KG in L.A.
Throw in Davis, Hassell, Wright, Jaric and some picks and we got a deal.
