Come to think about it, Diaw eventually became a big steal for the Suns. I remember a lot of friends so frustrated when the Suns gave up Joe Johnson for Boris Diaw and now he has really contributed for the Suns.

raps could use big men ESPECIALLY if mike james resign. but if he's gone.. i really think raps should grab morrison, maybe trade him for someone good already. crazy, random thought.. morrison + Villanueva for garnett tongue.gif

morrison + villanueva? A trade like that won't work even in FANTASY leagues. Who's going to trade for a SOPH player and a ROOK for a PROVEN commodity like the Big Ticket??? WHO? No, it ain't crazy, or random. Just plain IMPOSSIBLE.

Villa is a runner up ROY laugh.gif

I mean, he's not that bad  Still, he can't play a lick of D so it don't work for the Wolves.

i'm confused by your logic. why do you need a big man if your pg leaves? because you want another person in the post so that he can receive passes from....another post player? and secondly, no gm will trade an established star for rooks, just doesn't happen. and i doubt colangelo will get rid of villanueva after what he did last year. if colangelo is smart he trades down or takes aldridge. his needs are guards or a center, and if he doesn't take aldridge, then he moves down and can still take the guard he wants, likely brandon roy or marcus williams.

I'm pretty sure Villanueva could've had a closer chance at winning ROY against Chris Paul if he started all his games this year. I remember checking NBA.com for the box score between the Bucks and Raptors and went "WTF" when I saw 46 points beside Charlie V's name (he scored 48 total afterwards)

Anyways, Suns and Mavericks game last night was tight, Suns going on that 16-4 run in the closing minutes, Steve Nash scoring 10 in a row. Hope the rest of the series can be this exciting.

that's a lot of garbage(except for davis and the 1st rounder) to trade for ai. but then again, ai is a ballhog...

as for my predicitons for this round of the playoffs, i don't think i can do it. these playoffs have been too unpredictable to actually pick so i'm just gonna say i think the mavericks and the pistons are gonna win.

Heck, throw in Hassell if we need to. But no way we sent them both Mccants/Davis, if they want MC, deals off vicx.gif

@mamuga, salary works, but they'll need to throw in Bradley.

forget the AI trade
theres more talk about stephon marbury flying over to join KG
though i cant imagine what kind of bad contracts minnesota has that thomas would take

speaking of new york, im not sure why they want to buy out brown
brown is certainly not the problem... chemistry is (and the cap)
the only place the knicks can win right now is in my nba live 2006, where chemistry doesnt really matter

im a pistons fan, but i thought that last steal by hunter was a foul. d wade shouldve got the shooting foul. and that was a nice fadeaway 3 near the end by wade. i wonder if hes gonna keep shooting threes from now on. haah

oh yes, ben wallace is the man. the end.

whoa whoa whoa, hold up. it was a typo, it should be re-sign not resign, as in keeping mike james there. tongue.gif

That one ref is a biotch. The Pistons got a 5 second violation on the inbounds play when Tayshaun was calling a timeout before that. So he says that he couldn't hear because the arena was loud. Yeah right dry.gif
