Wade's gonna break legs, LeBron's gonna do some hot dunks, and Brand's gonna slap people around with his long arms while rebounding for the ball.

and then we're gonna cross our fingers and hope we dont miss all our long range shots
but US will proly win anyway

dwight howard will be a great big guy for US too. heck, this US team will kick some major butt. i just hope that they'll make the shots they should make (since they are more streaky than consistent imo)

at times they were ok. at other times carlos arroyo was able to penetrate at will.

never realized how much of a defense beast kirk hinrich was. chris paul is going to lose playing time cuz hinrich is a better defensive player, and they can't live with that kind of penetration

Yeah it is. Jerry Colangelo asked the players for a 3 year commitment, so it's now and till 2008.

Kobe's said he'd be committed to play for USA but he missed training camp because he underwent knee surgery.

Here's the official training camp roster from Wikipedia:

* Carmelo Anthony, of the Denver Nuggets
* Gilbert Arenas, of the Washington Wizards (suffered a groin injury just before the 2006 Worlds; expected to recover in time for the 2006-07 NBA season)
* Shane Battier, of the Houston Rockets
* Chauncey Billups, of the Detroit Pistons (went to training camp but not beyond because of family commitments)
* Chris Bosh, of the Toronto Raptors
* Bruce Bowen, of the San Antonio Spurs
* Elton Brand, of the Los Angeles Clippers
* Kobe Bryant, of the Los Angeles Lakers (missed training camp because he underwent knee surgery)
* Kirk Hinrich, of the Chicago Bulls
* Dwight Howard, of the Orlando Magic
* LeBron James, of the Cleveland Cavaliers
* Antawn Jamison, of the Washington Wizards
* Joe Johnson, of the Atlanta Hawks
* Shawn Marion, of the Phoenix Suns
* Brad Miller, of the Sacramento Kings
* Adam Morrison, of the Charlotte Bobcats
* Greg Oden, of The Ohio State University (missed training camp due to a hand injury)
* Lamar Odom, of the Los Angeles Lakers (pulled out due to the death of his infant son)
* Chris Paul, of the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets
* Paul Pierce, of the Boston Celtics (missed training camp because of minor surgery on his left elbow)
* Michael Redd, of the Milwaukee Bucks (missed training camp because of wedding)
* J.J. Redick, of the Orlando Magic (missed training camp because of injury)
* Luke Ridnour, of the Seattle SuperSonics
* Amare Stoudemire, of the Phoenix Suns (went to training camp but pulled out because of knee)
* Dwyane Wade, of the Miami Heat

they play on espn or espn 2. and i know coach k preaches defense, but the games or clips i saw, they weren't that great. their biggest problems were penetration, and against good guards like argentina or spain, they're really going to have trouble, cuz the bigs will go out to shoot 3's and the guards will penetrate the lanes and score. they showed willingness to play d, but sometimes its just not there. its also a combination of the lineups they are using

they usually play on espn 2 but the games are on at like 5:30 in the morning most of the time because of the time zone in japan
Neji has the Byakugan. He can see the flow of chakra in your body. But can he see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch?

For real man they are going to do damage. Chris Paul already did damage last season with Stojakovic this is going to be crazy.
