as for trading iverson? iono. haha come to new york. along with ron artest.

iverson DOES deserve a chance to play with another all star, and he should get that chance. The way things are going in Philly, yea, maybe they're 2nd in the atlantic, but that doesn't mean much when your team isn't playing well. Philly needs to change that let's just pass the ball to AI mentality. That's not going to work. If a player needs to score 30+ points a night (let alone, 81 a night), then something's wrong. Philly needs an all around game, and allen needs all around players. If phily can't get that, there's no point in keeping allen, cause they won't be going anywhere anyway.

I agree that he deserves a shot at a title with another team but trading Iverson will definitely hurt the business side for the sixer. Look at all the Iverson Jerseys out there and the people paying the big bucks to see AI dashing in and out of the paint night after night, if and IF they get someone like Ron Artest or Peja, I'm willing to bet attendance will drop. Iverson is like Peyton manning, superstar stuck with the team.

yea, maybe they're 2nd in the atlantic, but that doesn't mean much when your team isn't playing well.

i don't think they have enough salary cap room for another all star(iverson is one of those guys who gets paid A LOT right?)

hell, it doesn't mean anything when the other teams in the division are the nets, celtics, raptors, and knicks.
