SAN DIEGO -- Chase Budinger will get to play in front of his hometown fans in the McDonald's All-American boys basketball game on March 29.

Budinger, from La Costa Canyon High in suburban Encinitas, was named to the West team for the game at San Diego State's Cox Arena.

Other top boys selected for the game include two pairs of teammates and two brothers.

Playing for the East will be center Greg Oden and point guard Mike Conley of Lawrence North High in Indianapolis, and guard Wayne Ellington and forward Gerald Henderson of The Episcopal Academy in Merion, Pa.

On the West team are twin 7-footers Brook and Robin Lopez of San Joaquin Memorial High in Fresno.

Heading up the girls' East team is Epiphanny Prince of Brookly, N.Y., who scored 113 points in a game earlier this year for Murry Bergtraum High.

Abi Olajuwon, the daughter of former Houston Rockets star Hakeem Olajuown, will play for the West. She attends Marlborough High in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

just at trades. with draft picks, he's pretty good. they should have a separate gm or something to take care of the trades and thomas can take care of the draft picks.
Neji has the Byakugan. He can see the flow of chakra in your body. But can he see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch?

He's got his scouts doing all the searching, which is why he's good with the draft picks

He needs like 10 advisors maybe to tell him what's a good deal and what's a bad deal dry.gif

how did you improve? you added a disgruntled better-than-average defender and a rebounder with no offensive game and some no name kid. i'd rather just have earl watson, who's actually a solid player. oh yeah, and you still didn't fill the need of a 2 who can shoot

thats not true, he has a chance in my opinion, not now but in the near future. If their core young players develop more, especially dalember and korver, and AI, AI2, and Chris Webber continue to play at a high level then sure they have a chance, however, if its not in the next 2-3 years then yeah i guess AI can't win one in Philly.

nooo way
webber will proly give out in the next year or two, and they need more support (namely defense) than korver or iguodala
if AI cant get it in 2-3 years, hes simply not getting it anywhere unless he does what gary paytons doing

i'm glad they didn't take that trade. kmart has a huge ass contract. nene is hurt and watson makes too much money for backup point guard.

watsons a good player htough

well evans fills the rebounding void in denver and i think pattersons not too bad at shooting

Denver will need to throw in Nene, Kmart and Miller for A.I and to match salary, Ollie and Hunter will be in the package.

well considering the trade deadline is over...the denver trade isn't happening. and according to ed snider, it never was going to happen...kind of a one way phone call (denver calling philly...philly declining)

the only reason that he was disgruntled was because he didn't get enough playing time. with all the injuries that k-mart goes through, i think patterson will have enough minutes to keep him satisfied.
