I loveee them. They're fun to eat & they're yummy

Bánh da lợn is a Vietnamese steamed layer cake made from tapioca starch, rice flour, mashed mung beans, taro, or durian, coconut milk and/or water, and sugar. It is gelatinous in texture, with thin (approximately 1 cm) colored layers alternating with layers of mung bean, durian, or taro filling.

you can easily get them at the vietnamese grocery stores and those mom and pop shops ... my mom sells them

You can get mixes at Asian stores. They should be in the dried item isle.
