For those who remember the Hotelier theme song "The Day You Come to Me", Kang Chul needs no further introduction. It may have been five years since his last album, but the talented singer's voice is as clear and familiar as ever. Kang Chul first attracted attention in 2001 as the mystery vocalist behind Hotelier's touching soundtrack, releasing his debut album, Into the Blue, in 2002. Since then, however, he has been absent from the Korean music scene and his return in 2007 is certainly a pleasant surprise for K-pop fans. Kang Chul's new 14-track album, The New Revolution, features moving ballads that highlight how much Kang Chul has grown as a singer, while at the same time retaining the expressive voice that won over listeners five years ago. I happened to meet him a few months ago and have listened to his 2nd album, then I simply fall for him, just like that.

MAJOR UPDATES!

Kang Chul left M.Play Entertainment but entered BOF Entertainment. He isn't a singer anymore but a Movie Actor and a Composer.
He changed his name to KANG YO HWAN. (강요환)
