Hello everyone... I'm experiencing some computer program but I have no idea what it is...

I was just using my computer as normal then suddenly it stopped responding (couldn't move the mouse or use the keyboard whatsoever)
then it suddenly restarted itself... after that.. the computer would start up as normal but in a couple of minutes the same thing occurs over and over again.. I was eventually forced to shut it down via the power cord.

The particular thing is.. after the incident the the longer I leave the computer off without using it the longer it would last before it would do that nonresponding restart thing.. eg. if I leave the computer off for a couple of hours.. I might be able to turn on the computer and use it for like 10 minutes before it starts acting up again versus it restarting after a matter of minutes if it was started up after the freeze up (sorry if this is confusing).

I have a picture of the "report" microsoft gives after the restart...

Tell me if the picture doesn't work I'm new to photobucket sorry... and just to note the computer for the last month or so has been making weird noises.. not weird but maybe like a louder and more aggressive sounding fan?

any help is appreciated and thanks in advance! and sorry bout not reading the rules >___>

Yeah so your video card has filled itself with dust, then had enough dust to jam up the fan and screw up the motor. Pop open the case and take a look at your video card... actually ALL your fans if its dust dust it off. You MIGHT need to buy a new heatsink for your video card because fans do eventually wear down.

^ However, keep in mind that the video card may have already burned itself out. So if it doesn't work even after that... you're going to have to buy a new video card. sad.gif
