Internet Network Connection Help!

Please Help!

So recently I was on my computer and I accidentally knocked the CPU or TOWER over. It fell over and my computer turned off. I turned it back on and the internet wouldn't work. So I reset my computer and it still wouldn't work. I also checked my modem and the internet is working fine in every computer in the house but mine=( I went to check the network connections and apparently there is no network connection icon there. I clicked around and there was no IP address either=( I waited a few days hoping maybe it would somehow fix itself but it didn't. So now i'm stuck here not knowing what to do=(

PLEASE HELP=)

HOW THE HECK DO YOU KNOCK SOMETHING BIG OVER?! LOL

HMMMMMMMM...

It's probably the internet wire.

It fell and probably damaged the wire or connecton there.

Probably check it, and wiggle it around...
