I just noticed that I haven't done a Japanese cover in a long time.

Seems like I refuse to do the whole karaoke thing anymore. haha

Anyways, this is a soft acoustic cover of 'Dream Life 6:13' by; 'FAKE?'. It was a birthday present for a fan of my band.
The lyrics are about a man who doesn't want to let go of a fleeting moment in a lovers life while the morning tries to resolve him. Pretty good stuff.
Bass, guitars, vocals and tambourine all done by me. er.. just read the story thing in the soundclick page. Might be a little out of rhythm because I did the guitar and vox in one take then added all the other instruments.

The next song is strictly for fun. Just me screwing on the acoustic guitar making up lyrics and goofing off. I had some solid lyrics but you'll be able to tell when Im just making up stuff. Also at the end I play couple of different guitar styles.

The instrumental for 'Dreamlife 6:13' is beautiful. It's pretty amazing you added most of the instruments after. Chris is right, the emotion you put in it is so good. You say that you're a musician first right? That's probably why. There's a lot of people who can sing but can't throw themselves in when their singing. I think people who are more open and diverse with music and know different parts of it tend to be more into it, you know?

I realize how out of place I am here. I just wanna have fun and find people who have similar musical aspirations and tastes. But its few and far inbetween.. what with all these audition and timeless threads.

It's like getting a fanbase to switch from Josh Groban (Or however the hell you spell his name) to 'Radio Head'. Not trying to change anyone, just a little disheartened people want to listen to the same goddamn songs all the time.
