okay so I feel really dumb asking this but, you know in High school you can write your header like this?:

Last name, first name
Class
Period #
Date


- Can you do the same for college or is there another way? Sorrrry

For college, you generally only include your name, class and class section, date and maybe your professor's name. For example, if I'm taking an introductory biology class, I would simply write:

"Name"
BI-100 C5
Professor Albwright
August 28, 2007

But in general, you don't really need a specific heading or anything.... The professor will generally ask you to include certain pieces of information when handing things in, so don't fret.

Same here. Each teacher has his/her own ways of doing things. If they don't mention it, then just put the basics like name, date, and section or course number.

I usually just do this. Although, it's been awhile I have turned anything in besides essays with MLA format.

Date
Class number and section, like PHY 2048L - 001.
