I'm sure a lot of you lovely people have a Last.FM account.
It connects to your iTunes, keeps track of the songs/artists you listen to, and creates charts and recommendations.

OH. Have you guys heard of Simplify Media? It allows you to connect to your friends' library over the internet and vice versa. His or her library would show up as a Shared Library in your iTunes. I am using it with my friend, and its great. But of course, you have to be online at the same time.
