Yeah, I heard something about not being healthy.
But I don't know why,
everytime I cut my hair it grows longer.
Maybe it's just me.

lmao.. i've been wondering too..
apparently it's impossible... like hair grows abotu half an inch per month on average..
but you can maximise it by eating right and exercising... this is what i found on the net.

1. eat healthy - increase intake in vitamins A B C and E, as well as protein (focus on this as hair is made of protein), zinc and iron.
2. sleep well and exercise - helps your hair as well and your body and skin
3. stay clean - wash your hair properly specifically for your hair type, make sure to rinse properly
4. stimulate blood circulation by massaging - this increases blood circulation to the head increasing vitamins to your hair apparently
5. don't brush your hair when its wet - as wet hair breaks easily
6. reduce on the use of things which damage your hair - things such as blowdrying, straightening, curling etc...
7. try not to wash your hair too much - as oils are needed for healthy growing hair

basically that's about it i think.. =P
i've been trying to follow it as well, since i want my hair to grow back by graduation..

I agree w/ all of them.
I think tying back your hair works too.
At least when I do, it does.

revitalising shampoo maybe?

yea and also use shampoos that strengthen your hair. so it doesnt lead to breakage. drink lots of water.
have trims every so often. and if you see any split ends, thats a sign you need a cut/trim.

I think horse shampoo makes your hair grow faster but you need to use it with conditioner because it makes your hair rough.

If there was such thing, I wouldn't be complaining about it either. Thank goodness my hair grew out like...after some years. It was pretty DREADFUL and ridiculous how it wouldn't grow long, that's why I'm not cutting it ever for a longgggggg time. But I do say trim like the poster above me.

Only get trims if your hair gets split ends. Otherwise, it doesn't really help with growing your hair.

i also looked this up on naver, and they said to eat a lot of protein! ^^ and when you wash your hair, massage your scalp for a couple minutes.
after you come out of your shower try tugging on your hair a little haha

there is one other thing, but i don't know if this works.
they said to think...dirty...mellow.gif...

lmao..
yes apparently that's why guy's hair grows faster than girls..
its cause they're hornier, so their hormones are hyperactive thus making it grow more..
so girls.. get horny!!
