Make Your Butt Bigger Without Surgery Is it possible?

My butt is so flat that it makes my body look out of proportion. Is there a way to make your butt bigger without surgery? Is there any exercise that can do that? I'm not expecting to have J. Lo's butt. I just want to make my body look proportional.

you could try to build up your butt muscles hehehe. i don´t know any excercises, but i´m sure you can find them if you google.

erm.. you can do the exercise to tone your butt muscle...

lie on your back.. and lift your bum in the air and queeze your arse.. it's meant to tne your bum...
do this like 10 times and relax and 10 times again and relax..

I learned from my blockmate,
move your right leg up and down while facing the sink... do this ten times or more
then do the same with the left leg...
It makes the butt more firm... she said o_o;;;

walk backwards, it helps your butt muscles "tighten" and "move up" so u don't have a saggy butt =D

Lunges, pilates, and short distance running ( downside: these excersizes will also make your thighs bigger).

backwards lunges. i read jessica simpson's workout routine when she was filming dukes of hazzard, and pretty much her main move was the backwards lunge.

also if you're sitting in the car and you're at a red light, or stuck in traffic or something, squeeze your butt muscles several times for 10 seconds each time.

hahahaha now ppl know what i do in my car.... laugh.gif

my sister have to work during summer to get money and she have to walk very often. Her butt got bigger and stronger lol.
I guess walk much and your butt will get bigger? Eat more?

eat more and more things with lots of fat in it. you'll get a big butt... plus belly... plus arms... plus everything else. big big big!!! but big butts too

you can always use butt pads. i think some lady that i know uses them. i think theyre kinda like.. paddings, for your butt.. lol.

exercising can do the trick! Here's a link that has some useful exercising tips.

It'll proportionate not only your butt to your body, but your whole body will get toned from the exercises.

I used to do a lot of them exercises in dance class, and my butt got pretty toned. It isn't as flat anymore. smile.gif

^ 500 a day??? No thanks! I do lunges and squats, been doing it for about a month now and the results are fantab!! smile.gif Just continue doing it and you'll be just fine. And also, if you are anywhere near a gym, definitely take advantage of the "stair master"-- it does wonders to your boooooty!
