lie on your back.. and lift your bum in the air and queeze your arse.. it's meant to tne your bum...
do this like 10 times and relax and 10 times again and relax..

move your right leg up and down while facing the sink... do this ten times or more
then do the same with the left leg...
It makes the butt more firm... she said o_o;;;

also if you're sitting in the car and you're at a red light, or stuck in traffic or something, squeeze your butt muscles several times for 10 seconds each time.
hahahaha now ppl know what i do in my car....

exercising can do the trick! Here's a link that has some useful exercising tips.

It'll proportionate not only your butt to your body, but your whole body will get toned from the exercises.
I used to do a lot of them exercises in dance class, and my butt got pretty toned. It isn't as flat anymore.

eat bread and do like 20 sit ups everyday... to avoid gaining too much weight
