The old thread you just pushed up is similar to yours. Maybe a mod can just combined those two threads, it called it the Old Skool Games thread. Then again, isn't there an old school thread?

My brother owns some of the older consoles as well as current ones. So I was fortunate enough to experience them all. I grew up with the Nintendo and Playstation. Never really experience Sega games even though my game collector brother bought a Dreamcast to play Shenmue.

The N64 was fun. I used to play Ocarina and Majora Mask a lot, but in Majora I could never finish the Goron race and I don't think I actually beat the final boss, yet. (Majora was scary anyways...) I also played Donkey Kong 64. Man, I hated that Lanky monkey and those annoying banana fairies. Oh and I love Mario 64! One time my brother sold it, and I had to borrowed it from a friend. I got all the stars, too, but of course it was on my friend's cartridge. But he eventually bought it again to add to his collection. Those Castlevania games on the 64 were hilarious! I love the part when you had to walk carefully around the castle with an explosive item...if you run or get touched, you'll blow up. That was just too funny. The sequel was fun too even though it was similar to the first one.

I still play my N64. My SNES too.
I'm surprised they've survived this long, considering the abuse they've been put through... XD

I still have one of those Pikachu N64's. I got a while back and it came with Hey You Pikachu and a microphone. The only time i play it is SuperSmashBros once in a while with other people. The moving stick hurts my thumb though.

I technically don't own an N64 but since my friend left his 64 at my house, it's basically mine. laugh.gif. But you can NEVER go wrong with Mario Kart and Party =].

And I was the Sega kid of the block while everyone had a SNES so my childhood memories consisted of Sonic and Coolspot. Oh and Streets of Rage too =].

Mario Party and Mario Kart were the games that I will always play... I downloaded the emulator a few months ago and it's so entertaining biggrin.gif

All the zelda games were good too.
