But i don't know how to. is there any software that i could use on the computer that i can make my own music with?
Something i could download? It would also be better if it were free, although it does not have to be.

Ugh I don't remember it!! I know that our school bought the program so that students can use it but it was super expensive like as much as Adobe Photoshop O_O
I remembered now. It was Sibelius.
Just google "music writing software"

Thanks for that. The fruity loops was a little too confusing for me.

someone has already said something about finale notepad. notepad is the free 'cut-down' version of finale. so it has some limitations on what it can do, but what it limits im not quite sure on.
i've used both sibelius and finale, and would honestly say that i prefer finale more. there seems to be a version of finale released every year (with 2008 being sold right now) but right now i use finale 2006.some people do say that sibelius is much better. but i guess it depends on what one has been trained (or become aquainted with). i've never tried fruity loops before.
it's really more of a personal choice which of the two you prefer to get, if you narrow it down to finale and sibelius. both finale and siblelius are quite expensive but highly worth it for the features provided.

the second one is Cubase SX. Very hard to master even a little bit, you'll need plenty of tutorials to check every features of the software. It's better to use it if you can plug an electronic piano, a guitar or an expander to your comp. The music you can create is really realistic, and as soon as you know how it worx it's the best music software you'll ever find. Not for free, but same thing as for Guitar Pro.
