I WANT ABS! *roars* But not super-bulgy ones cause I think I would be freaked out by it if I looked in the mirror. Yeah, not flattering on girls. sweatingbullets.gif

Btw, how long do you run for? I know that by doing these it will only affect my stomach. laugh.gif

hahaha i usually ran 3-4 miles a day back then
now i just swim and do ab workouts
and you wont get bulgy guy abs
unless you inject testerone into your body
like those female bodybuilders

ummm...i do a different one..
and its SOOOOO much easier and u can do it while watching tv
its... just ab twists
get a stick and put it ony your traps (shoulder area and put your arms relaced on it..
and just put force in your abs and twist
i do 300 and i did it for a week now and saw some results
but every 100 take like a 2-3 minute break
its excersize for OVERALL abs..

cos if you think about it
the muscles people dont work out enough are the abs, thighs, and calves
notice how fat people have pretty skinny legs?
theyre like walking practically everyday out of their beds and to the fridge

so fat rarely builds up around their calve area and such

so by doing crunches and such everyday or so
it shall help burn off your stomach fat
and a cardio workout is a bonus
so running is good

that will help you kill the excess fat easier

not sure about powerade or gatorade
but try to to avoid those sports drinks
since its only salt water +sugar

No they're just normal stretches. I do an overall stretch of my body (which takes around 45 mins), i make sure to stretch every muscle there is and thoroughly, this also increases flexibility. A stretch for your abs would be to lie flat on your stomach and use your arms to push your upper body up, try and keep your hips touching the ground. After doing that, shift your butt back and kind of in a "bowing" position and stretch out your arms long before you to stretch out your lower back. This is good for people with back problems.

I did pilates just for the hell of it, it was pretty fun but it put a lot of strain on my neck and i have a weak neck. It's good if you want to do pilates but i'd suggest not doing too many things at a time. For example, doing pilates and the ab workout should be fine, do that everyday consistently for a month or so and you'll notice results. People tend to take on too many things at once and after a while it just gets to them and they get lazy and stop. To avoid that from happening, do a 1 hour workout, anything within an hour.

Thanks for this. I already do sit-ups everday...or crunches or I lift my legs up but I don't do some of that stuff. Its just I still haven't gotten the stomach I want. I have a head-ache now so I won't be doing them today. I also stetch my stomach.
