I hate how I go from working out intensely for 2 weeks and then stopping for another 2 weeks.

just when i thought i finally motivated myself... here i am 1 whole week without doing any cardio/exercise or ab workouts.

i gotta get back into this.

the ladies here love my sexy stomach

2 pounds won't make a difference. neither will 10.
come on now, even a muscle-less girl can lift those up tongue.gif

it depends what area youre trying to workout on. i used ankle weights to strap on my knees and did lower abs with them. its impossible because its so damn hard. i can barely do one rep with it.

trust me, 2 pounds is enough lol.

the most important thing is the kind of food you eat. your body is like a car, and it needs sufficient fuel for it to run, if you have a tank thats empty and you drive your car, its not even gonna run. What good is good looking car if it doesnt have a nice engine?

Now that Cross country seasons over i needed something like this.

Whenever I do decline sit ups, my hips sometimes hurt a LOT. It feels like it's going to dislocate. I really don't know how to solve this issue. I may be good for a good set, but by the time the second one comes around, my ball and socket joint feels so uncomfortable.
