i gotta start doing this. lmao 20 more days until homecoming! i'm pretty skinny already though..and my dress fits PERFECTLY but..i still want a good tummy hehe..idk.i'll just add it to my work out routine =) good lucky to everyone else!!!

oh man this exercise. i remember back 4 months ago my friend sent this to me coz i was complaining to him about how big my stomach was and how i wanted my stomach to disappear right before prom. which was btw a week away. i opened the video getting all hyped up coz c'mon its only 8min.... but it was the longest 8min of my life and i never did it again xD... now that ive seen the results im tempted to start. i hope i wont stop

This is definitely going to be added into my other stretches that I have seen on Youtube =) Even though I only follow one, which was instructed by one of my favorite female celebrities! Anyway, I am just going to start slow because one of my best friend's brother ended up in the hospital by pushing himself too much with these types of stretches. Aha, push-ups are good, too. I remember how hilarious it was back in gym class during my high school years because the majority of the girls couldn't do proper ones. Like they had to cheat by having their legs at another angle!

I actually did this for a week while doing my other workout (Envy) and it actually works! I'm able to wear shirts that i wouldn't dare try a year ago... i also dropped a pant size....I totally recommend it.

i just realised that 95% of your replies start with a 'haha'. is there something magical just by using it??????

oh and did you like... shave down there? cos your pants are dangerously low and ... yeah.

is it best to do the ab work out before i eat or after?
and how many times should i do this in a day? is once sufficient?

Its always good to eat a good meal before you workout, preferably proteins like oatmeal or eggs.
It depends, I usually workout on my free time because school and work gets in the way T_T.

i agree with lisaface
although its not great to eat a big meal
you start getting cramps
