I'm totally looking foward to trying this ab workout~^^~ i actualy dont want monsterous abs tho, so should i limit myself to only like 3 of the different type of ab workouts? i'm also on the master cleanse right now, i think it will help me keep my motivation up to follow through to achieve a healthier body + sexier body.

i think its a lot harder for girls to gain muscle as opposed to a guy but idk...

Oh, my gosh. I loveee this 8 minute ab thing. I used to do it in the summer. I've gotten lazy. But it so works. It's a killer at first, though. burns soooo much.

LOLOLOL! its funny bcuz i was just thinking about this thread that said that the 8 minute abs are useless or something, that you must lose weight!

And I have to agree that the person who said that diet is important is right since he had a sexy body so I have to believe him blush.gif

I started this work out and I saw my abs are more toned. But its always toned because of my sports. Still a great work out though because I feel the burning sensation in the muscles.

This so-called 8 minute workout took me 8 hours. dry.gif

Not so much because it was hard, but because after doing the first couple of exercises all the rocking back and forth lulled me to sleep and I woke up the next morning.

hey I do those + pilates in dance class ! but not very often... so it totally kills me everytime sleep.gif
your abs look great! it's giving me motivation to do it outside of dance class LOL!

WOAH!! SICK ABS!! lol but did you have that much body fat to begin with??? cuz that effects the results too. like somene can do this and have abs like yours... but just under the fat lol
