let me tell ya, it is not any easier for guys than for girls, everyone has a different body type so some might get
better results then others, boo hoo x[
and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn!
its better to be flat and hard

If you do it regularly it works like a charm. Of course it helps if you exercise as well, no point doing this then sitting around all day.

Hold your head.
It killed me when I held my neck. So my head was dangling and all.
Then I looked at the instructors, they were holding their head.
It solved my neck problem.

so i kinda skimmed through the last page's comments
umm my diet?
morning>oatmeal
lunch meal of beef and rice
dinner> whatever i want
an orange between each meal
honestly i learned that its not just how much you wat
its what kind of foods you eat
my meals are like 40% protein, 30% carbs, 10% veges/fruit, 10% fat
and theyre portioned out to be no bigger than 2 handfuls
and even if you are skinny
it should be easier to get visible abs
remember everyone has abs
its just hidden
but anyways
if you guys need anything
its easier to just pm me

and btw
many doctors say that
youre not supposed to feel "full"
just for the people that say "omg 2 handfuls?"

If you're getting dizzy, maybe you're not breathing enough. I used to kinda hold my breath while doing crunches but I got out of that habit.
LOL! My gym teacher has this same exact thing on video!
We watch it everyday and it works well. I used to have to stop and rest every once in a while, but now my abs are in good shape and I can do it all the way through! Yay!
And WOW... nice abs!
