i don't have time to do it everyday so i'm doing it every other day.
but OMG, the first day i did it, then the next morning, my neck really hurt like #$%&%. i move my neck alittle and i feel pain
but as i kept doing it, the pain wore off.
and i think my belly got a TEENSY bit smaller, or atleast it looks like it :)WOOT.
anyway, i think it's effective. =)now i just have to get rid of my arm fat. ew -____-;

i have layered fats on my stomach, eww..
n it will burn all the fats right?
because, i've heard that doing crunches indeed will build up ur stomach muscles
but it won't show, cuz the fats are covering them..
so what i'm gonna do?
and yea, please re-upload POWER 90 AB WORKOUT,

to get rid of the layer of fat, you need to do cardio to burn it.

I tried it for my first time, it burns at first but it feels good after. Haaaha :]
I tried the Pilate ab workout right after, it's WAY more hardcore than the 8 minute workout.
