i just finished doing 200 sit ups with like..5 minute breaks in between. LOL

my stomach is already toned, but I want it to be really defined woot

eh,
i don't have time to do it everyday so i'm doing it every other day.
but OMG, the first day i did it, then the next morning, my neck really hurt like #$%&%. i move my neck alittle and i feel pain sad.gif
but as i kept doing it, the pain wore off.
and i think my belly got a TEENSY bit smaller, or atleast it looks like it :)WOOT.
anyway, i think it's effective. =)now i just have to get rid of my arm fat. ew -____-;

These work, but you need to have a flat stomach for the abs to show.
I know for guys it's 10% Body Fat or less.

while the exercises are good for abs, people need to keep in mind that for abs to show, you must have a low bodyfat % first, so therefore you need to eat right and exercise daily. Just doing these ab exercises won't do the trick.

I've been doing this everyday for like 12 days

it's not as hard nymore

gonna continue to do this with my turbo jam ahaha yay

i have layered fats on my stomach, eww..
n it will burn all the fats right?
because, i've heard that doing crunches indeed will build up ur stomach muscles
but it won't show, cuz the fats are covering them..

so what i'm gonna do?

to get rid of the layer of fat, you need to do cardio to burn it.

I tried it for my first time, it burns at first but it feels good after. Haaaha :]
I tried the Pilate ab workout right after, it's WAY more hardcore than the 8 minute workout.

I'm planning on doing the 8 minute ab workout first, and then half of the Pilate one (so 13 minutes total) everyday. Hopefully my stomach area will be more trimmed in a month. (:
