Okay, so i've been doing it for 3 days now.. tonight will be my 4th night.. i am actually
proud that i am sticking to this.. wow.. i hope that in a month i will see a difference..
and i can maintain that difference.. i don't expect too much out of it though.. cause i
need to do some other kind of exercise.. i was trying to learn how to dance.. off
you tube as well, and it makes me sweat so much.. maybe i can use that as the warm
up or cool down.. but 8 mins doesn't seem that long when you are actually doing
the exercises... and i loce the pain in the abs.. it's telling me that i'm doing some
thing.. at least that it's starting to work.. i am kind of straining my neck too.. i tried
to not use it.. but some how it just doesn't work.. so i used a little pillow.. i know
that is like cheating.. but it works a little... i use less of my neck...
but now i see, the pain in your eyes...

Stared: May 10, 2008.
Today: May 19, 2008.

So I've been doing this almost every day for the past nine days. I missed THREE days because I went to a convention and was too busy running around to work on my abs, but honestly I walked for so many hours and danced at a rave for like four hours, I probably got a better workout doing that than I have been at home... XP

So that's six days I've been doing these and I'm starting to see results already. I don't know if my abs are THAT much stronger, but they do seem more shapely/look better. Keep in mind though that I also started portion control with food... I started eating a BIGGER breakfast and a SMALLER lunch and dinner, and also stopped eating such big "snacks" after school (or if I do I'll get a fruit or something). I'm also eating less junk food and minding my calories more. So that's definitely contributing to some weight loss/getting a flatter tummy.

Other than that, I started off not really watching the video as I did this... ^^; Instead I did the exact same ab exercises the guy showed everyone, doing as many repeats as I could until I needed to stop, then switching to a different form. I started out doing only 30 repeats (I know, I'm weak T_T ) but now I have to do 40 in order to feel the same burn I did days ago.

It's definitely a start. I already took my "before" pictures, and if the results are good I'll take "after" pictures after it's been a month and post them.

hmm since im actually getting results from someone who didn't get paid i might just try this workout : D.
I've been doing 50-80 crunches per day, now its usually every other day. And around 50-60 push ups, for the past 5 months? Results aren't that great in my opinion but since i'm already slim i got real a noticable 8 pack and biceps but you said you did this thing in 2 months and got those abs! Damn im trying this

haha~i do these in pe XD
along with buns.
& ohmygosh i can feel the burn; im always so sore when i wake up the day afterwards
[but its not that bad anymore]
lol, i remember once i couldnt even sit up & get out of bed & my butt was so sore that it hurt to walk/go up the stairs XD
it definitely works, but for more of an impact you would obviously have to do them everyday
[we just do it like once a week on average]
the bad thing for me is that i have the muscle & it builds when i do these but i just want to burn the fat in front of it.

I have rock hard abs, it's just that I hide them behind a layer of fat so they don't get scratched. :[

I come with the before and after photos so many people have asked for!

Okay, so I haven't been doing exactly THIS workout. I referred to this video a few times, and then took the technique and did kind of my own thing. Coupled with a bit of portion control while eating, a DDR (heavy-mode) workout almost every day (started this only like two a week and a half ago), and walking places more often (instead of driving), I've lost a few pounds in less than a month and my abs look considerably better. I can feel a difference and see it, and other people have noticed too. biggrin.gif

BEFORE (TAKEN MAY 10, 2008) ( Embarassing! crazy.gif )

AFTER (TAKEN JUNE 3, 2008)

I did my best to take the pictures in the exact same lighting, they're taken in the same place and all. It's not a GINOURMOUS difference, I wasn't too fat or anything to begin with, but the difference is definitely significant considering I've been working out for less than a month AND it was pretty damn easy. biggrin.gif I definitely plan to continue this workout~

If anyone wants to know in DETAIL what I did, then feel free to ask. ^^
