but dont use your arms to pull yourself up wen doing crunches
remember to only use your abs to pull yourself up not arms
and like i said keep your elbows away from each other like this <
and keep your chin up, while look at the celing

i remember like... 2 years ago.. i used to do over 1000 crunches a day right before i slept.. for a few months, but i stopped cuz i didnt think it was working.
i think i was doing it wrong! =(
