have you guys tried the other 8 minute workouts..
hmm..
wondering if they're as effective as this one.
i actually did the 8 min abs once.
i got so bored.
then gave up.
i'll start anew!

ahahaaa i tried this before for... 3 days and gave up LOL coz like.. after the first day my abs hurt like crazy.. and after the third day.. i was like... damnit im not torturing myself anymore LOL

but seeing the result... (those are some real nice abs =]) i think i should restart this!! hopefully i'll be able to keep it up... sighh... im such a lazy bum LOL

and i think its totally fine for a girl to do it.. seeing that theres a girl in the workout vid too... so yeaaa xD

My friend uses this video and he says it works very well if you do it right. I shall give it a try happy.gif

does anyone get kind of a motion sickness when lifting your head to do the crunches and stuff?

You're doing it wrong. Instead of moving your head up, push your chest up instead.

you cuold always give yourself more neck support with your hands with interlocking fingers
but dont use your arms to pull yourself up wen doing crunches
remember to only use your abs to pull yourself up not arms
and like i said keep your elbows away from each other like this < mellow.gif >

by the way, is it ok if you do this twice a day?
say.. in the morning before school and after school.

i remember like... 2 years ago.. i used to do over 1000 crunches a day right before i slept.. for a few months, but i stopped cuz i didnt think it was working.

i think i was doing it wrong! =(

My neck always hurts a lot during the exercise and it feels stiff after. Wait, my neck isn't going to get bulkier, will it? I really hope not. I don't want a big neck. Y-Y With a big neck, it'll make my head look smaller. And I hate having a small looking head. XP
