my neck hurts like crazy when i do this. even though i try as hard as i can not to pull on my neck i still feel an intense pain. damn abs. >_>

^ emphasize moving your shoulders up and down, not your head. your head will naturally follow.

it sucks how guys can get slimmer and more fit so much faster and easier than girls =( my bf and i started the same work out regimen and ate the same food but he shed his unwanted fat and toned his body while I only lost about 2 1/2 lbs and I still look the same.

Wow I started doing this for 3 days and it is actually working!! biggrin.gif
Now I just need to adjust my diet to it (been eating too much ice cream due to the hot weather>_>)

i'm doing the 8 minute abs workout and i love the burn on my stomach.
and now i'm doing the 8 minute buns& it is KILLING ME! my thighs are on fire!!
but its worth it! (i think...)

I wouldn't worry about it. Just do it, if if your muscles start to get too defined for your tastes, just ease down on the workout. Do it less often, or with less reps, and you'll be fine.

i saw this thread awhile before.. but i didn't post here. although i HAVE been doing this routine almost daily. here are the results after 2 weeks (minus a couple of days). i might be cheating because i was already skinny.. but this is a really good work out to tone your abs!

i've been stalking this thread, ever since .. i dled the workout.
but i've been doing it for a week, and my stomach's already pretty flat
but no results yet. ;___;

I could kind of feel the burn when I'm doing it. But just a few minutes into the vid, my neck really hurts. I don't think I'm pulling it up, really. And I'm facing the ceiling the whole time, until we change exercise; then I look at him.

^Your neck muscles are probably weak because it's not used to this type of workout. Once you do it more and more your neck muscles will get used to it.

Highly unlikely. Unless you didn't have much fat to begin with. Do cardio with it.
