OKAY SO IT'S BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS NOW and I only just recently decided to get around to taking a second set of AFTER pictures.
I put my own embarassment on the line and quoted my first post for more comparing/contrasting goodness.
See that white belt in the last set? I used to wear it on the second to last hole and I had a muffin top. Now I have to wear it on the last, tightest hole and my pants are still slipping. D:
I'm basically at the exact place I want to be for now. I do my ab workouts just a couple times a week now so I don't get TOO um... mucsular. 8D;; Different pictura:

It works out pretty well although I haven't loose any weight yet
But I can feel my abs getting much firmer
And one more thing, is that I also do the 8 mins buns and 8 mins legs
Well! After I do all of those 3 (abs, buns, legs), my left leg keep trembling for a whole good 5 mins after I finish excercising

Anyway, to keep things simple, no, I didn't ONLY do 8 min abs. I also started eating much healthier and counting calories. Also, I started doing cardio a few times a week.
8 min abs helped me get the muscles defined, I can't say it helped losing much weight (except maybe helping to jump start my metabolic rate every morning).
There were a few people who PMed me about it, I already gave them essay-length explanations... so I'll spare this thread... ._.; But if anyone wants to know in more detail what I did, just ask here or PM me and I'll be glad to answer the best I can.

i've always wanted to have some abs..maybe just the 2 lines...
but never knew the proper way to do so since i don't go to gym or anything...
hope this is give me a good result ^^
