err...
ive been doing this workout everyday for a week now but i read somewhere that it was best to take a break in between days, so workout every other day, in order to get muscle growth otherwise you just keep damaging your muscles. I just wanted to see whether people workout everyday or what?

btw this workout is working so far, my stomach is much smaller XD

i like how it's 8 minutes, but to me it feels like it's such a short amount of time so i might as well just do this on the weekends and do turbo jam on the weekdays. :]

honestly i did it for 2 months but i stopped ever since august and it felt like i got fatter lol might as well start it again it was like an obsession at some point if I didnt do it i couldnt sleep LOL

but recently I've become more and more happy with it
I've been doing this for a month now,
and I'm definitely seeing results.

No lie, this is a great abs work out.

i feel so ouch after doing the 1st 3 sets (crunches & side crunches), but it sure helps.
it'll help more if i cut down my intake of food. hehhhhh

I've been doing this workout for a week ontop of my regular work-out (including abs)
and it's really been helping a lot! The best part of the exercise is the one where you spread your legs and have your arms extended down your torso and push. So much tension!
I'm seeing so much more definition.

I've seen results, but I'm reluctant to show pictures yet. haha

Question: Are you doing this workout alone or are you doing this workout with other exercise? I'm wondering whether this exercise by itself is effective enough.

Well, you do have to watch what you eat of course,
because you won't lose any weight by doing this exercise.

But if you have healty eating habits,
then yes, you'll see result by just doing "this" work out.

been doing it for 2 weeks now, and ive started to notice some change, my stomach is getting harder and abs are starting to form... feels odd haha im not use to it feeling hard. I do it once at night and once in the morning =] i think after 4 more weeks and it will be where i want it.

odd that for some only you feel your neck hurts... mine does too but i can feel it on my stomach as well.. first time killed me i thought i couldn't do it lol but after i started to get use to it... but i can still feel it.

I don't know why but whenever i do this exercise,it'll hurt my neck so badly. My neck would feel so stiff. Does anyone know why? Fyi,i always look upwards while doing the workout >.>

Your neck should be stabilized with support from your hands. Everything should be concentrated into your abs. Maybe you're also going too far up and straining your neck. Also remember to exhale while going up, and then inhaling while going back down.

I was doing this exercise for a few months and was already skinny, but not really having a strict diet/cardio, and it seemed to tone the abs a bit. But then I stopped for a few months and then it looked way less toned. So this really does work, but you have to supplement it with diet/cardio. Maybe I will try it again -.- Also, that was an amazing transformation Malice_kaiser.
