question: is it better to do this everyday or every other day?

24-48 hours is a good rest and recovery time for muscular repairs.

I did the workout again and added the power 90 workout and I could definitely notice a difference just today if I touched my stomach. Can't wait for results!

Didn't read through all the posts, but should point out that getting defined abs (just like developing muscle anywhere else) is majority diet and genetics. Doesn't mean the workout isn't effective, but don't expect it to be a panacea if you're 20 lb overweight, eatting Mickey D's everyday, or just not genetically predisposed to building muscle.

I've been using that video for an entire year now, every other day, along with weighted crunches and stuff, and my abs still don't look as good as this guys ;_;

Hahh, it's threads like this that just want to make me give up...

No your ribs are not made of fatty tissues. The parts that show
are the bones from the ribs. So no jogging wont fix that.
Depending on your body you most likely wont be able to see
abs without seeing a bit of your ribs. Especially if you don't do weights etc.
