i think it works, my tummy is more toned but i still need to do more cardios to looks more fat around it for it to show more

Ok I guess I will start doing this tomorrow and see how my body will look like in May/June. Since I'm skinny though, I guess I kind of have the upperhand but yeah. 8 minute everyday. not bad.

man !! i think my ways of doing it might be wrong 'cuz my abs don't hurt at all ! This is my first day and only my neck hurts ! And I have to stop at some time 'cuz even when my shoulders are going up , my head's sorta like stuck huh.gif on the ground huh.gif . Any ideas on this ?
I'm so broke :'(

When you do crunches and stuff like that, don't let your head touch the ground. Keep looking up at the ceiling as best as you can. That prevents from getting neck pain.

oh my, how do you do it without neck pains? i've tried looking up at the ceiling but, i still get pains on both sides of my neck. it feels like something's choking me. ><" . in the morning, i don't feel any pain in my abs but i do feel pains in my neck. iunno if i can do this, if my neck continues to hurt. =/

well i had neck pain for the first 2 days...but now i got used to it.
You should be feeling pain in your abs, not your neck. When you're lifting yourself up, use your abs to do it, not your back.

i had REEEALLY BAD neck pains the first couple times..
what i do is i grasp my neck and give it rreeally good support so taht my neck stays COMPLELETLEY still
and also started to use a pillow for extra support..
then it got better (:

Keep in mind, you should curl up with your abs with all that you can for a more effective workout. So when you crunch don't do it so you don't feel anything in your abs, make sure you really feel it. You can cheat all you want, but you're only cheating yourself ;]

i dont get ab or neck pains after the first week of doing it.

You might want to put your hand behind your neck for support, but use your abs to pull yourself up instead of using momentum or your hands to help you.

wow i did this and the 8 minute arms and 8 minute buns. all i can say is that i was screaming at the guy in the video during my workout. LOL. especially the buns. wow did my buns burn...

when you crunch up make sure you're not throwing your head to make your body go up. think about your stomach muscles as you use them, don't just move your body up and forward. once you get used to doing it right, you will never feel that neck pain again
