In total I've done it 14 times, I have a four pack when I flex, though nothing really when I don't flex. Eventually I'll move it into a daily exercise but currently it seems a little hard for me to do this everyday. For only fourteen days, the results are great.

im doing this workout
i did it for like a week a month ago but i stopped
dont remember why but yea
so my routine ive set for myself so far is
that i run/jog/powerwalk for at least an hour
then i have my whole tennis practice then
i do the 8 minute ab workout and the 8 minute legs
so ive only did this for two days
and surprisingly between yesterday and today
i've already lost like 3 pounds and i can see
my abs somewhat sculpting?
but yea, still need to get rid of some of the fat on my stomach
and for people who are complaining of their neck hurting
it used to hurt for me as well but what ive tried to do
in order to fix it is that i keep my eyes on the ceiling
not like straightup but a little farther up the entire time
and whenever i go to do like a crunch i would kinda flex
my abs as i do it so that my strength goes into my stomach
and not my neck .. so yea i guess you guys could try that and see if it helps

since I already exercised for today Lol.
i think girls looks sexy with a little abs. but not like a six pack if you know what i mean
like gahee, she has good body!
jshe's my inspiration xD since she can dance really well and has amazing healthy body<3

Would doing this more than once a day be overkill?
And what are some good cardio exercises that you guys can recommend without leaving the house. My neighborhood is not suited for this ;>_>

today's the second day.
my neck hurts super bad during the routine.
but it feels ok afterward.
right now my stomach is just so sore.
i'm used to 100 sit ups everyday.
but the 8 minute work out is definitely more effective.
i can FEEL it you know XD
i wanted to do this twice a day. but then i tried it i'm like HELL NO.
just hoping i get use to it soon.~
