Wow, seems like most of those who tried it has great results! I just started doing this a few days earlier. I definitely feel the "burn" when i do it. I hope I can get results after a month! biggrin.gif

I naturally have practically no stomach fat so I've been doing this for about a month, every other day though. I also changed up the routine and do 40 reps for each exercise rather than whatever I can in 8 minutes, so at first it went longer, but recently I've been able to do everything much quicker. I also do it on my bed, which is probably bad but when I do it on a flat surface my neck just kills me.

In total I've done it 14 times, I have a four pack when I flex, though nothing really when I don't flex. Eventually I'll move it into a daily exercise but currently it seems a little hard for me to do this everyday. For only fourteen days, the results are great.

Ahhh im reading everyone's comments and it seems to really work..but the second video the one that u used for a cool down, it went away sad.gif so i was wondering if u were able to tell me what was in it?? haha and any tips for a new beginner???

well i used to be really overweight, but i lost about 40 pounds tongue.gif and now im just like skinny, with a little fat now, so i want to tone up and get slim and toned u know haha like u tongue.gif

I used to do this a lot, but then I stopped, and started doing "2 min abs", which is pilates stuff. 8 min abs obviously works, but I am lazy and will probably do pilates-related ab work until my neck muscles are a bit stronger. (I guess I am always doing crunch like exercises wrong..neck is always sore as a btch)

okay so yea summer officially started for me yesterday and
im doing this workout
i did it for like a week a month ago but i stopped
dont remember why but yea
so my routine ive set for myself so far is
that i run/jog/powerwalk for at least an hour
then i have my whole tennis practice then
i do the 8 minute ab workout and the 8 minute legs
so ive only did this for two days
and surprisingly between yesterday and today
i've already lost like 3 pounds and i can see
my abs somewhat sculpting?
but yea, still need to get rid of some of the fat on my stomach


and for people who are complaining of their neck hurting
it used to hurt for me as well but what ive tried to do
in order to fix it is that i keep my eyes on the ceiling
not like straightup but a little farther up the entire time
and whenever i go to do like a crunch i would kinda flex
my abs as i do it so that my strength goes into my stomach
and not my neck .. so yea i guess you guys could try that and see if it helps

since I already exercised for today Lol.

i think girls looks sexy with a little abs. but not like a six pack if you know what i mean
like gahee, she has good body!

Ah this looks awesome, my self-esteem is a bit low because of my appearance =( but this could possibly remedy it with a little dedication! My break just started too, so I have 3 months to get myself up!

EDIT:
Would doing this more than once a day be overkill?
And what are some good cardio exercises that you guys can recommend without leaving the house. My neighborhood is not suited for this ;>_>

today's the second day.
my neck hurts super bad during the routine.
but it feels ok afterward.

right now my stomach is just so sore.
i'm used to 100 sit ups everyday.
but the 8 minute work out is definitely more effective.

i can FEEL it you know XD
i wanted to do this twice a day. but then i tried it i'm like HELL NO.
just hoping i get use to it soon.~ biggrin.gif

I have been working out for a couple of year now and just been doing the normal Cruches till a month ago, I saw this thead and saw how it was working for people so I try doing it. Couple week later, I finally started to see my abs form. So, all i gotta say is... IT WORK D:. Good diet is needed tho.

Don't forget, if your stomach isn't flab free then you'll have to get rid of that flab first! Otherwise all that muscle will be hidden under that flab xO
